Make graham cracker crust in 9 x 9-inch dish by combining melted margarine and 2 tablespoons sugar.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes, until set.
Combine microwaved/soft cream cheese and powdered sugar; mix.
Add 1/2 tub Cool Whip; mix.
Place next to crust.
Cover with chocolate pudding.
Finish top off with whipped cream.
