Mix thoroughly flour, salt, nuts and butter.
Press in pan or dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes; let cool.
Beat well cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip.
Spread over cooled crust.
Add cold milk to puddings and vanilla.
Beat until thick.
Pour over cream cheese mixture.
Top with Cool Whip.
