Mix first 4 ingredients well and place in a well greased, medium size cookie sheet, spreading thin.
Bake at 325Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
While cookie is baking, melt chocolate chips.
As soon as dough is baked and removed from oven, spread chocolate on top.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts or white chocolate chips.
Cut into squares after cookie has cooled.
