Cream oleo, flour and pecans.
Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes; cool.
Mix with mixer the cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip; spread over crust.
Combine pie filling with milk; pour on layer.
Top with Cool Whip.
Keep refrigerated.
