Chocolate Crisps

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda and sugar.
In a small bowl, mix the egg white, oil, vanilla and water.
Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients all at once.
Mix well, then roll the dough in your hands into 1 1/2-inch thick "snake".
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350Β° and spray baking sheet with pan spray.
Slice the chilled dough into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
Arrange the cookies 1-inch apart on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
