Chocolate Crinkles
Chocolate Crinkles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 4 oz. melted unsweetened chocolate (cool), 2 tsp. vanilla and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Mix granulated sugar, oil, chocolate and vanilla.
Mix in eggs, one at a time.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Drop dough by teaspoons into powdered sugar.
Roll to coat.
Shape into balls.
Place about 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake until almost no indentation remains when touched, 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 6 dozen.
