Chocolate Crinkles
Chocolate Crinkles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate (4 oz.), melted, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar together in a saucepan.
Blend in eggs, one at a time.
Mix well by hand.
Add vanilla.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt.
This is all mixed by hand.
Leave in saucepan and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight and for several days.
Heat oven at 350Β°.
Drop teaspoonfuls of dough into sugar.
Roll into balls.
Place 2-inches apart on greased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Makes 6 dozen.
