Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Chocolate Crinkle Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix oil and chocolate in heavy saucepan over low heat until melted.
Pour into mixing bowl.
Add sugar and mix.
Add eggs, one at a time, until well mixed.
Add vanilla.
Measure flour by dip-level-pour method.
Stir in salt, flour and baking powder. Chill several hours or overnight.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Drop by teaspoonfuls of dough into bowl of confectioners sugar.
Roll around and shape into a ball.
Place about 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 6 dozen.
Does not freeze well.
