Chocolate Creams
Chocolate Creams is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. (8 sq.) semi-sweet chocolate, 1/2 c. butter or margarine, 1 3/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar, 2 tbsp. light cream or half and half and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Blend in sugar, cream and vanilla.
Chill about 30 minutes.
Shape into 1/2-inch balls and roll in nuts.
Store in refrigerator.
Makes about 4 dozen.
