Chocolate Crackler
Chocolate Crackler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 4 oz. (4 sq.) melted chocolate, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar.
Blend in eggs, one at a time; mix well.
Add vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients and add to chocolate mixture.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Drop teaspoon of dough into powdered sugar and form into a ball.
Place 2-inches apart on greased cookie sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes in 350Β° oven or until almost no imprint remains when touched lightly in the center.
