Chocolate Crackers
Chocolate Crackers is an easy dinner. Made with saltine crackers, 1 c. butter, 1 c. sugar and 12 oz. chocolate chips (milk), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Line a cookie sheet with foil and butter well.
Place a single layer of saltine crackers on the foil.
In a saucepan, boil for 2 minutes the butter and sugar; do not stir while cooking.
Pour over crackers and bake 4 minutes in a 400Β° oven.
Remove and sprinkle with milk chocolate chips.
When chocolate is soft, spread around evenly.
This will taste something like chocolate butter brickle.
