Chocolate-Covered Strawberries
Chocolate-Covered Strawberries is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pt. strawberries with hulls intact, 2/3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 4 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cover cookie sheet with wax paper, set aside.
Wash and pat dry strawberries.
Melt chocolate chips and butter on top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat; keep double boiler over water.
Dip each strawberry two-thirds of the way up into chocolate mixture; allow excess to drip off.
Place on prepared cookie sheet.
Allow chocolate to set. Chill until ready to serve.
