Chocolate Covered Peanuts is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits and 2 1/2 c. roasted peanuts (blanched or with red skins on), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Melt chocolate pieces in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water.
Add peanuts to melted chocolate and stir to coat. Turn out on waxed paper, spreading so that peanuts are separated as much as possible.
Allow to cool.
