Chocolate Covered Mints
Chocolate Covered Mints is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. box powdered sugar, 2 1/2 tbsp. warm water, 1/4 c. melted butter, 5 drops oil of peppermint and 4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix together and form flat patties.
Refrigerate for 1 hour. Melt chocolate with wax.
Using fork, dip patties in chocolate mixture and place on waxed paper.
Allow chocolate to set at room temperature.
Makes 5 dozen mints.
