Chocolate Covered Cherries
Chocolate Covered Cherries is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 30 minutes. Let stand freezer least hours (overnight is preferable).
Make into small balls and place on wax paper.
Put back in freezer and freeze for about 1 hour. Melt 12 ounce chocolate chips with 3/4 of one bar of paraffin. Dip balls by toothpick into chocolate mixture and place on wax paper.
Keep in freezer until set good.
