Chocolate Cobbler
Chocolate Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 stick margarine, 1 c. self-rising flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Melt butter or margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan in 350° oven. Mix flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa, milk and vanilla in small mixing bowl.
Spoon this batter over margarine (don't mix margarine into batter).
Mix 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa together.
Sprinkle over batter.
Then pour boiling water on top.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
Good to eat over ice cream.
