Chocolate Cobbler
Chocolate Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 4 tbsp. cocoa and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt the butter and pour in a 9 x 13 Pyrex dish.
Mix flour with 1 1/2 cups sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa in a bowl.
Stir in milk and vanilla.
Pour this mixture into the dish.
Sprinkle pecans on top of the batter.
Then mix the 2 cups sugar and 4 tablespoons cocoa together (I have found that it mixes a lot easier in a Ziploc sandwich bag).
Sprinkle this mixture over the batter.
Pour 2 cups hot water over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serve warm with ice cream or Cool Whip or serve cold.
It is wonderful either way.
