Chocolate Cobbler
Chocolate Cobbler is an easy dinner. Made with 1 cup self rising flour, 2 tbsp baking cocoa, 3 tbsp oil, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine the flour, sugar and cocoa.
Stir in milk and oil until smooth.
Pour in lightly greased 8 inch square pan. Then mix 1 cup packed brown sugar and 1/4 cup baking cocoa together and sprinkle over the batter.
Then pour 1 3/4 cups hot water over top of cake mixture.
DO NOT STIR!
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
There will be a juicy syrup on the bottom.
Serve warm plain or with ice cream.
