Sift in large mixing bowl the flour and sugar.
In a saucepan, put cocoa, cold water, oleo and shortening.
Bring to a boil. Pour over flour and sugar; add eggs, buttermilk, soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
Bake in large 11 x 17-inch pan at 350Β° for 20 minutes or less.
