Together flour, baking powder and salt.
Cream shortening with and vanilla.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating each addition.
Mix chocolate chips with part of mixture and add to creamed mixture.
Add flour alternately with milk in small amounts.
Bake in greased muffin pans at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Makes 18 cupcakes.
