Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. butter or margarine, softened, 1/4 c. granulated sugar and 3/4 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine flour and baking soda; set aside.
Combine butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix in a large mixer bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts (batter will be stiff). Drop by heaping teaspoonful about 2-inches apart onto greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375Β° for 9 to 9 1/2 minutes or until browned. Yields 4 1/2 dozen cookies, 2 1/2-inches in diameter.
