Chocolate Chip Cookie
Chocolate Chip Cookie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter flavored crisco, 1 1/4 c. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Cream butter flavored Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
Blend until creamy.
Blend in egg.
Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
Add to creamed mixture gradually.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop rounded tablespoonfuls on baking sheet 3 inches apart.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool slightly and remove from sheet.
Makes 3 dozen 3-inch cookies.
