Mix together cake mix, pudding and sugar.
Add oil and water. Beat in eggs one at a time with a wooden spoon.
Add sour cream, then add chocolate chips.
Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool in pan for one hour.
