Chocolate Chip Cake
Chocolate Chip Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 2 eggs, 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. sugar and 1/2 c. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cream together first 4 ingredients.
Combine next three (chips, water and oatmeal) in a bowl and let set for 10 minutes. Sift together flour, baking soda and cocoa; add to egg and sugar mixture.
Finally, add oatmeal mix to the previous mixture and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan; top with remaining chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 30 to 40 minutes until done.
Serve hot or cold.
