Chocolate Chip Cake
Chocolate Chip Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding, 4 large eggs, 1 bar german sweet chocolate, 1/2 grated and 1/2 shaved and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Blend dry ingredients.
Add oil and water.
Add eggs, one at a time; mix.
Beat for 4 minutes at medium speed.
Blend in grated chocolate and 1/2 of chocolate chips.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan which has been greased and floured.
Sprinkle rest of chocolate chips on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool in pan. When still slightly warm, sprinkle shaved chocolate on top.
When cool, dust with confectioners sugar.
