Chocolate Chip Cake

Mix cake mix, pudding and sugar.
Add oil and water and stir.
Beat in eggs, one at a time, with a wooden spoon.
Add sour cream and chips.

Cool one hour before removing from pan.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
