Chocolate Cheesecake Chunks
Chocolate Cheesecake Chunks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 1/4 c. chocolate wafer crumbs (about 30 wafers), 1 c. chopped nuts, 2 (3 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Melt butter in a 9-inch square baking pan.
Stir in crumbs and 1/2 cup nuts.
Press to cover bottom of pan.
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, cocoa, egg and vanilla at medium speed until smooth.
Pour over crust and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup nuts.
Bake 20 minutes.
Let stand at room temperature for 2 hours.
Cut into 1-inch squares.
Store, covered, in refrigerator.
