Chocolate Caramel Drops
Chocolate Caramel Drops is an easy dinner. Made with 24 caramels (about 7 oz.), 2 tbsp. heavy whipping cream, 1 c. pecan halves and 4 sq. baking semi-sweet chocolate, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Microwave caramels and whipping cream in a large bowl on High for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until caramels are completely melted. Be very careful you don't burn them. Cool. Place pecan halves on lightly greased cookie sheets in clutters of three. Spoon caramel mixture over nuts leaving ends showing.
Spread melted chocolate over caramel mixture. Let stand until chocolate is set.
