Beat 3/4 cup sugar, flour, milk, butter, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
Beat well.
Pour in greased pan.
Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa and put on top of cake mixture, then pour 1 1/2 cups water over mixture. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
