Chocolate Cake Pudding

Sift 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt together into 9-inch square baking pan.
Stir in milk, margarine and vanilla; spread evenly into pan.
Combine in bowl 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa and sprinkle over batter.
Pour water over top and bake at 350Β° for 40 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.
