Sift sugar and flour together in large bowl.
Put oleo, cocoa and water in saucepan.
Bring to rapid boil and pour over sugar and flour, stir well.
Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla.
Mix and pour into greased and floured (16 x 11-inch) pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Frost while warm.
