Mix flour and sugar.
Bring to a rolling boil the oleo, shortening, cocoa water.
Over sugar and flour; mix well.
Add other ingredients, mixing well.
Pour in greased sheet cake pan.
Do not preheat oven. Have ready: 1 cup milk cup sugar.
Bring to a boil and pour over the cake while hot.
