Chocolate Cake
Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. plain flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 stick oleo, 5 tbsp. cocoa and 1/2 c. crisco, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Measure flour.
Add sugar.
In a saucepan, put oleo, cocoa, Crisco and water.
Bring to a boil.
Add eggs; beat.
Add buttermilk to which is added soda and salt.
Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan, greased and dusted with flour.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
