Chocolate Cake
Chocolate Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. oil and 4 tbsp. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar and flour.
In a heavy saucepan, combine the margarine, water and cocoa.
Stir and heat to boiling.
Pour boiling mixture over the flour and sugar. Add the oil, sour cream, eggs, baking soda and vanilla.
Mix well, then pour into a greased 11 x 16-inch jelly-roll pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 minutes or until it tests done with a toothpick. While cake is baking, prepare the frosting.
