Sift together cocoa, flour, salt and baking soda.
Then mix sugar and cold water.
Blend mayonnaise mixture with dry ingredients and turn into 2 (8-inch) round cake pans or regular size cake pan.
Bake at 350Β° for one hour or until when touched, it springs back in place.
