Chocolate Cake
Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 3/4 c. cocoa, 2 tsp. baking soda and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Add the milk, oil, vanilla and egg whites.
Mix thoroughly with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Turn mixer to low. Slowly add 1 cup of boiling, strong black coffee.
Beat slowly until well blended.
Batter will be thin.
Pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes, or until firm.
