Sift dry ingredients in bowl and then add sour milk, egg, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
Beat good and then add boiling water; beat well.
Put in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Frost with your favorite frosting when cool.
