Measure first 7 ingredients into bowl and beat on medium speed about 2 minutes.
Stir in baking powder and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and beat for 3 minutes at medium speed. Bake in two 9-inch pans (1 1/2 inches deep) or 10 x 14-inch pan at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Less time for layers.
Frost with Chocolate Fudge Frosting.
