Chocolate Cake
Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2 c. flour, 1 stick margarine, 1/2 c. crisco and 4 tbsp. cocoa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place sugar and flour in large bowl.
Bring margarine, Crisco, cocoa and water to a rapid boil.
Pour this slowly over the flour and sugar mixture, beating well.
Add buttermilk and soda mix, then add eggs.
Mix, then add cinnamon and vanilla.
Pour into well-greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan and bake at 400° for 20 to 22 minutes (bake at 375° if glass pan is used).
