Sift dry ingredients into an 8 x 8-inch cake pan.
Make 3 small wells into flour, then add remaining ingredients and mix in pan. Don't attempt to get all lumps out.
Do not grease or flour pan. Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
