Chocolate Cake
Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 c. water, 1 stick margarine, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Aerate the flour and sugar in a large bowl.
Mix the oil, water, margarine and cocoa in the microwave for 2 minutes. Dissolve the soda in buttermilk.
Add the cocoa mixture to the flour mixture; mix well.
Add eggs, mix well.
Add buttermilk and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into a 10 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
Bake at 350Β° for about 40 minutes or until done.
