Chocolate Cake
Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. flour, 1/3 c. hershey's cocoa, 1 tsp. baking soda, 6 tbsp. butter and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix flour, cocoa and soda; set aside.
Melt butter in saucepan; stir in sugar.
Remove from heat.
Add milk, vinegar and vanilla; stir.
Add dry ingredients; whisk until well blended. Pour into 2 (8-inch) round pans or 1 (10-inch) square pan.
Bake about 20 minutes.
Cool; frost with Coconut Pecan Icing.
