Chocolate Cake
Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. cocoa, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Pour boiling water slowly over the cocoa, stirring until mixture is consistency of cake batter.
Beat egg yolks well and add to chocolate.
Cream butter and sugar well; stir into mixture. Stir soda into buttermilk.
Add buttermilk and flour slowly.
Add vanilla.
Fold in well beaten egg whites.
Bake in two pans for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
