Chocolate Cake
Chocolate Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 1 c. water, 3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa, 1/2 c. buttermilk or sour cream and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In a saucepan boil margarine, water and cocoa.
Pour this while hot over dry ingredients (flour, sugar and salt).
In a bowl beat buttermilk, vanilla, soda and eggs.
Add to first mixture. Bake in a large greased cake pan or jelly roll pan at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Frost with powdered sugar frosting while cake is warm.
