Measure flour and sugar.
Mix in a saucepan; bring to a boil oleo, shortening, water and cocoa.
Pour over flour and sugar mixture.
In another bowl, beat eggs well; add buttermilk and vanilla.
Mix into flour mixture.
Bake in a greased baking pan at 350Β° until done.
