Chocolate Boats
Chocolate Boats is an easy dinner. Made with 30 vanilla wafers, jam, 48 tiny marshmallows and 1/2 pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Prepare 6 boat shaped containers out of heavy-duty foil.
Make them about 5 inches long with the sides about 1-inch high.
Stack 5 wafers with jam in between each.
Lay stack on its side in the boat.
Gently separate wafers enough to place 1 marshmallow and a few chocolate chips between each two wafers.
Grill over a low flame for about 10 minutes, until chocolate melts and marshmallows soften.
