Chocolate Balls
Chocolate Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 box powdered sugar, 1 c. chopped pecans, fine, 1 c. coconut and 2 stick margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Melt margarine and peanut butter over low heat.
Combine powdered sugar, nuts, coconut, vanilla, graham cracker crumbs and add the margarine and peanut butter to the mixture.
Mix up with hands.
Form into small balls.
Put wax and chips into double boiler and melt.
Place toothpicks into balls and dip into chocolate and wax mixture.
Lay on wax paper.
