Chocaroons
Chocaroons is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 egg whites, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. shredded coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Start the oven at 300Β°. Add salt to egg whites.
Beat until eggs are frothy.
Beat in sugar, about 2 tablespoons at a time.
Gently stir in coconut, corn flakes and chocolate.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
