Choc-Oat Chip Cookies
Choc-Oat Chip Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine, 1 1/4 c. packed brown sugar, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 2 eggs and 2 tsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat oven to 375Β°.
Beat butter or margarine and sugar until creamy.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well.
Add flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in oats, chocolate morsels and nuts.
Mix well.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9 to 10 minutes for a chewy cookie or 12 to 13 minutes for a crisp cookie.
Cool 1 minute on pan, then remove and cool completely.
Makes 5 dozen.
