Chix Casserole
Chix Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chicken, 16 oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 c. celery, chopped and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Thaw mixed vegetables, then combine with chicken, onion and celery in a 2-quart baking dish.
Set aside.
Combine cream of chicken soup and milk in a small bowl.
Stir until ingredients are well mixed, then add mixture to chicken and vegetables.
Stir. Put biscuits on the top of mixture and bake for 15 minutes at 425Β°.
